Domestic shipping

Once the order has been placed the shipping charges will be added automatically upon check-out,we use USPS Priority Mail Service which delivers in 2-3 business days once the item has been shipped. For Pre-orders and Custom-orders we usually require a minimum of 3-5 weeks.

International shipping

Estelle is a USA based online boutique. We do ship worldwide with additional shipping charges.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping is $7 anywhere within the USA via USPS Priority Mail and $25 for Canada with USPS Priority Mail. For all other countries, the rate is $40 or above with USPS Priority Mail.

What payment methods does Estelle accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system. To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

Damaged or incorrect items

We will not accept returns or offer refunds for goods unless they are faulty. Items damaged during transit will be replaced or repaired free of charge. Buyers will need to pay for one way shipping. Such items should be shipped back within the next business day.
